If your completed file doesn't appear to have any latitude/longitude columns added, scroll all the way over to the right and see if they've been placed there.
If you've exported your spreadsheet from another piece of software, like a CRM, occasionally these programs insert blank cells into the spreadsheet. Geocodio will add data to the right of these cells that appear blank but may have hidden characters in them.
