Before you upload a spreadsheet for geocoding, you'll see a preview at the bottom of the number of rows you're uploading and the estimated cost.
If this estimate looks too high, it's likely because there are blank rows inserted by Excel or another program (such as a CRM) that are being counted. You will only be charged for successful lookups, so you will not be charged for blank rows.
If you'd like the estimate to match your number of rows, we suggest exporting to CSV or using the "Paste" option instead of the upload option. You can refresh the page to start over.
