Sudo mode

Sudo mode allows you to perform certain administrative actions in the Geocodio dashboard. It is an additional layer of security that is in place to protect your account.

Entering sudo mode

You will be prompted to enter your account password again when accessing certain sensitive features such as adding two-factor authentication methods or changing your password.

Your account will remain in sudo mode for 60 minutes.

Exiting sudo mode

If you wish to exit sudo mode before the 60 minute timer lapses, you can do so by accessing the user menu in the bottom left corner of the dashboard and selecting "Exit sudo mode"
