When you first log in, you will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication. If you are having issues with two-factor authentication, please contact us.

As the codes are timed, your devices must be set to the current correct time in order for the authentication to work.
If you are having trouble with two-factor authentication, please contact support.
For security reasons, Geocodio cannot guarantee that accounts with two-factor authentication enabled will be able to be recovered if you lose access to your third-party authentication app of choice. We will do our best to assist you, but recommend that you keep close track of any backup codes provided by your third-party app - as well as set up any auxiliary options for account recovery that they provide.
